Friendly staff but they rush you to check out

We booked for 2 nights. The next morning, around 9 something, one of the staffs just knocks on the door and reminds us to check out, maybe she was confused but I told her we booked for 2 nights. Everyone makes mistakes, it's all good. On our last night, in the middle of the night the air conditioner just suddenly stopped working. After not being able to fix it we asked for help but the staff just said there's nothing he can do and can only ask someone the next morning. Mind you, Italy was being attacked by a heat wave and we couldn't even open the windows because our room was basically on the ground floor so we just had to go back to sleep with no air conditioning and no open window. On our check out morning, in a span of 45 mins (starting from approximately 09:10) they knocked on our door 4 times to tell us to check out when there was a big paper at the back of our room door saying check out was before/at 10 am. I've stayed in a lot of places and never felt so rushed like this. We also asked them to help call us a taxi to the station which the day before we asked how long does it take to get one, the staff said 5 mins and the car ride would take 10 mins. After more than 40 mins there was still no taxi and they told us to call one ourselves. We obviously were not locals so they basically told us to call a taxi with international call. During this Italy trip I stayed in a total of 5 places and I had the worse experience in this stay.

This is a hostel. They do have rooms (like mine) and also another area of shared bedrooms. Also they have some common areas and a kitchen, but the kitchen can't be used after 22 or 23 hours, sadly. The hostel is very close to Pasteur tube station and just a few stops from the Central Station too. The staff was very nice and although my room wasn't ready, they allowed me to get inside and leave my stuff there. You get a card for opening the outside gate and the hostel door is inside a patio, quite calm. The size of the room is quite big, quite clean as well. There was a kettle and a nesspresso coffee maker (no mugs but at least they had small plastic glasses for espressos). Also there was a fridge, but it wasn't plugged, so didn't use it. A desk, a chair, a mirror, wardrobe and a big bed as well. The bathroom is very spacious and divided in two areas with shower, sink, hair dryer and bidet and then another with loo and bidet. In summary, the price was a bit high for a hostel but being the Fashion Week, this was affordable and was clean and spacious with nice staff. I'd be back. On the negative side, there's no one on reception at night (although I think they are there and you can call them in case of necessity). I didn't have a remote control for the heating, so the room was a bit cold (the covers on the bed were warm though). I also missed a mug for using the kettle. I wish there had been some more plugs, but I could manage to charge all my gadgets. The furniture was a bit tired, but ok.

Creo que lo que menos me gusto, fue lo que pague por lo que ofrecían.La habitacion en tamaño es correcta,pero la nevera no funcionaba,el inodoro la bomba fallaba bastante,no tenía cortinas opacas para no dejar entrar la luz por la mañana y la ducha el agua sale con muy poca fuerza. Se localiza en un patio interior,y el cartel indicativo en el portal es pequeño y cuesta verlo.Esta a 15' caminando de la estación central y hay una parada de metro (Pasteur) línea roja,en la misma puerta, que en 7' te deja en duomo.El barrio donde está, es un barrio donde viven muchos latinos.Encontraras muchos restaurantes de todo tipo, kebab,asiáticos....etc.

Dobra baza noclegowa. Blisko stacja metra, dworzec centralny około 15 minut na piechotę. Pokój duży i czysty, sam ośrodek sprawia przyjemne wrażenie, miła obsługa. Napewno tam jeszcze wrócę :) Warto, polecam zdecydowanie.
